The opportunity

How might we streamline our client budget and goal-planning process by transforming our manual and email-based approach into an efficient web-based marketing platform?

We began by looking at our process and the people involved

User groups

Business leadership
Analytics
Media (in partnership with Retail Center of Excellence)
Project manager

Current process

Large quantity of emails exchanged between user groups where information is easily lost and becomes disorganized
Multiple programs and databases used to gather information

Then I mapped out an optimized version of our current process

and highlighted the process that would be worked into Program Architect

Minimum viable product (MVP)

The first iteration was built on Microsoft SharePoint, a tool we already had access to, and necessary functions were available based on our task flow above. I also made sure there was an ARC and Program Architect brand presence.
